At GIFT2U, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we believe in the power of a fresh start. Every single year, between 2,000 and 3,000 men and women return home to Cuyahoga County from incarceration. Providing them with safe, stable housing is our mission—but a roof over their heads is just the beginning.
To truly rebuild their lives, these individuals face other massive hurdles, including finding employment, securing mental health support, navigating legal aid, and reuniting with family.
That is where our community partners step in. The 10 incredible nonprofits featured below specialize in the vital support services needed beyond housing to help returning citizens break down barriers and thrive.

We need your help to decide who makes it to the main event! This year, only 6 of these 10 organizations will be voted into the CornBoil Games.
Here's how it works:
- The Vote: Read through the missions and vote for the nonprofit you want to see represented.
- The Tournament: The top 6 organizations with the most votes will each be assigned a cornhole team to play on their behalf at the Games.
- The Prizes: The team that wins the tournament secures the grand prize for their assigned nonprofit, and the other top three finishing teams will win prizes for their organizations as well!
